Team and roles
Owner, admin and member roles, invites and password reset.
Each person in your studio has their own account, with their own email and password. Manage the team in Settings → Team.
Roles
Role | Can |
|---|---|
Owner | Everything. The person who set up the studio. Can't be removed or demoted. |
Admin | Manage the team and studio settings, plus everything a member can do. |
Member | Work on projects, comments and the inbox. Can't manage the team or settings. |
Invite someone
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Enter their email, pick a role, and press Create invite.
- If email is set up, they get an invitation. Either way you get an invite link to copy and send yourself.
The link works once and lasts 7 days. They open it, set their name and password, and they're in. Pending invites show under Pending invites, where you can Resend or Revoke them.
Change or remove someone
On a member's row, change their role, or Disable their account. Disabling signs them out and blocks access straight away, including any connected apps. Re-enable brings them back.
Your profile
Settings → Profile: change your name, email or password (your current password is needed for email and password changes). Sign out other sessions signs you out everywhere else.
Forgot password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and enter your email. If that account exists, you'll get a reset link. It works once and lasts an hour. If email isn't set up on the server, ask the studio owner for the link.
After a few failed attempts, sign-in and reset pause for 15 minutes.
