When your designer has worked through your comments, you'll get an email like "8 of 9 changes are done. Have a look". Open the link in it.

What changed

A What changed list shows every change made since your last visit. Each of your comments also shows a status in plain words:

  • Open: your designer hasn't got to it yet.
  • Fixed — have a look: it's done. Please check it.
  • Designer has a question: read their reply and answer in the comment.
  • Not changing: your designer explains why next to the comment.
  • Extra request: something new that wasn't part of the original brief.

Looks good or not quite

For each fixed change, choose one:

  • Looks good: you're happy with it. It's ticked off.
  • Not quite: it needs more work. Say what still needs to change (optional) and it goes back to your designer.

When you've checked everything, press Send my feedback.

Approve

When you're happy with the whole design, press Approve.

  1. Check mobile first. If you haven't looked at the phone size yet, the page switches to it for you. Have a look, then press Approve again.
  2. Confirm. Add your name and an optional note, then press Approve. This signs off the design as it is now.

Your approval record

After you approve, you get a link to an approval record. It shows who approved, the date and time, the round, and every comment that was included and what happened to it. You can print it or save it as a PDF. Your designer gets the same record.

Anything you add after approving counts as an extra request. That's normal: it just means it's new work, outside what you signed off.
